In a world where digital trends rise and fade in a snap, few platforms manage to stay relevant, much less thrive. But Orange Magazine PH, the brainchild of digital pioneer Jessie Bunyi Villanueva, has done just that — celebrating its 15th anniversary with flair, innovation, and a whole lot of heart.
A Vision That Sparked a Movement

Founded in 2010 by the ever-passionate Jeman, Orange Magazine was built on a simple yet powerful dream: to create a platform that could share any story worth telling, without compromise. With his background as a tabloid correspondent and promotions coordinator, Jeman knew firsthand the challenges of traditional media — and the possibilities of digital.
“I’ve always wanted to have my own magazine where I can accommodate every kind of information that pleases me without others telling me what and what not to publish,” Jeman recalls.
The name “Orange” represents freshness and truth — like a sunrise heralding a brand-new day. This is exactly what Orange Magazine stood for: covering everything from fashion and music to culture and lifestyle, with an unapologetically real tone.
Going Digital Before It Was Cool
Even before content creation became a buzzword, Jeman had already embraced the power of online platforms. Going digital meant more accessibility, faster promotion through social media, and a broader, younger, and more diverse audience. From the start, Orange Magazine was committed to publishing content that’s vibrant, family-friendly, and inclusive.
Star Power and Storytelling
The magazine’s archives read like a hall of fame: K-Pop legends 2AM, Jay Park, global sensations like Bruno Mars, Westlife, 30 Seconds to Mars, as well as beloved Filipino stars like Anne Curtis-Smith, Christian Bautista, Gloc-9, Glaiza De Castro, and even Senator Gringo Honasan. With a finger on the pulse of pop culture, Orange Magazine has always known how to deliver what’s hot, true, and now.
And it’s paid off. Just look at the numbers:
-
7.3 million reach on Facebook
-
3.8 million reach on TikTok
-
1.8 million on Instagram
-
41.2 million YouTube views
That’s not just growth — that’s influence.
Orange Magazine’s 15th Anniversary Bash
This year, the magazine celebrated its milestone in true Orange style — a fun, vibrant party held at Timezone Ayala Malls Feliz last July 1, 2025. The event gathered some of the country’s most engaging bloggers, content creators, influencers, and industry friends.
As one of the lucky guests, yours truly had a blast — playing games, networking with fellow creatives, enjoying the treats, and soaking up the energy that only Orange Magazine could deliver. And just when I thought the night couldn’t get better, it did.
🎉 I won the Grand Prize: a Round-Trip Airfare Ticket from Air A sia!
It was the ultimate cherry on top of an unforgettable night — a reminder of how Orange Magazine doesn’t just celebrate, it rewards and uplifts the creative community it helped nurture.
The Power of Team Orange

Of course, Orange Magazine’s success isn’t just about its founder. The magazine thrives thanks to a passionate, dedicated team led by Jeman and bolstered by creators like Kister Morata and Sharmaine Rodriguez, who bring fresh perspectives and keep the brand evolving.
“Jeman built a strong foundation, but the continuous evolution of Orange Magazine has been a collective effort,” said Morata. “It’s inspiring to be part of a platform that never stops adapting and growing.”
